HTA Motion, S.C. is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

This is an English translation provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, HTA Motion, S.C. declares that it is a company legally incorporated under Mexican law, with its address at Gral. Victoriano Cepeda 495, Zona Centro, Saltillo, Coahuila, and states that it is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

Definitions

  • Personal data. Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.
  • Data subject. The natural person to whom the personal data belong or who is identified by it.

  • Implied consent. The data subject will be deemed to have consented to the processing of the data when, this Privacy Notice having been made available to them, they do not express their opposition.

The party responsible for the information undertakes to carry out only the following actions with regard to your information: sending SMS messages, making phone calls, and sending emails.

Your personal data may be transferred and processed within and outside the country. In this regard, your information may be shared with persons who are part of the same company.
